A smart watch that continuously take the patient data and send it to server. Patient could be monitored remotely trough app or website from any where from the world using internet. Smart Watch was designed using Arduino ,GSM Module (for internet and to send SMS in emergency) , LCD (To display Sensory Data), Temprature Sensor, Heart Beat Sensor, Humidity Sensor and battery. This app had a interesting feature that if patient’s temprature as well the heartbeat touch any critical value it automatically send Emergency SMS as well as on app care taker receive notifications. For app android studio was used as well as website was built in ASP.net Forms.
